You strictly pay for the space your items take up in our 16-foot box truck. When our team arrives, they look at your items and give you an all-inclusive, upfront price before starting work. If you agree, we load it on the spot!
For environmental compliance and safety, we cannot haul hazardous chemicals, biohazards, propane tanks, full oil drums, or untested asbestos materials. Everything else (furniture, appliances, yard waste, renovation debris) is good to go!
Not necessarily! As long as your items are accessible (such as in a driveway, yard, or unlocked garage) and we have approval via text or phone, we can perform the job and send you photos when complete.
